We met several IDs before deciding to go with Shyn. We were comfortable with her from the start as she was not pushy. Shyn makes good and sensible suggestions, she listens to what our requirements were and executed it well. We encountered some problems during the process (our apartment was too old) but Shun was a problem-solver and delivered. We highly recommend Shyn and would definitely work with her again.
